Who's your favorite CORR driver or team?

for me it's a toss up between kyle leduc and jeremy mcgrath.  both of them are very competitive and they're both rad people.

Man I love CORR...although what I was watching was called "Lucas Oil Offroad Racing Series", or something like that.  It was on the SPEED channel a couple days ago.

Deegan is the man, he's livin the LIFE!  I thought CORR was MIA right now?? Or are they back in action?

SPEED channel is pretty much the only TV I watch, lol. I wish they would run more off-road programs.

CORR is no more.  the baldwin family is broke as a joke.  thats what happens when you fund a large portion of a racing series with a construction company.  they still owe a lot of people a lot of money.

So what did I just see on SPEED then?  Called the Lucas Oil something or other....It was all the usual teams and usual sponsors...class names sounded familiar, like open 2 and open 4.....

Lucas Oil buy the rights from the Baldwins?? That'd make sense since Lucas Oil was a large sponsor/partner in the original CORR races (didnt they??? lol)

as far as i know, no rights of CORR were sold, its just dead.  they screwed a lot of people over right at the end so probably no one would want to take it over anyway

So LOORRS is a totally brand spanking new series...just "based" off of what CORR used to be?   Seems pretty similar.  I could have assumed what I watched the other day was a CORR race.   I'm happy there's still some sort of short track, trophy truck racing going on at a steady pace.  It's really intense, and a lot of fun to watch!

Hot damn, didn't even know that. Sucks for the Baldwins, but at least it inspired LOORRS! lol

That's a bummer though, I don't know any of the specifics so I won't really get into it.. But it seems like they could've taken much less personal stake in the whole CORR organization?? Or at least protected themselves and their partners in the case of disaster (financial).  What brought it all down JJ? Slow attendance or poor management/decisions??
