Painted the bed cage, prepping the cab for a coat of gloss black. It'll be nice to have it all one color for once.

Onto the pics..

Well, project has kinda been on hold lately, just moved into the new pad. Got the ranger up here along with the pile of parts I've accumulated for the build. The ranger has its own new pad too!! I'll post pics of it soon, it's pretty comfy.. the clearances are crazy! There's literally an inch on all side, with like a CM to spare for the door to swing open  ;D But hey, at least it's a roof over it's head now rather than sitting outside in my parents yard rusting while I stack some funds to dump into it.

I'm planning on finishing up the Tacoma and selling it to fund the rest of the Ranger build (linkage, finish interior, maintain motor, etc)

Whoa, so I just realized I never posted an update on the official build thread when I painted her!  She's now "Smurf" blue.

Check the pics of the new paint out here

I'm still in the process of selling the Tacoma but hopefully I'll be tearing back into the Ranger soon. I think I'm just going to do nationals in the rear for the time being with my kings and just run it for a while while I save some dough.

Here are some updated pics from driving it home the other day. It's pretty much good to go, almost ready to smog just need to log 100 miles on the ECU (OBD2 BS) so it'll pass.

so dump some more monies into it!  hurry up!  I wanna see some action shots of it!  I'm sure it would look secksi in your driveway when it's all linked and finished...with windows and stuff.  I'm pumped about my Tracker's new paint...and it only cost me like 150 bucks(including the Wagner power painter and the paint).  Imagine how awesome you'll feel about it when you're done.....mmm prerunner...
