My Ranger Build Up

I'm currently in the process of building my ranger, I'll be using this thread to document the build and show progress.

Well, the front end is under way, I'll let the pics do the talking. Everything is chromoly, spindles are almost done.

Anyone have experiences with the spindle pin I attached in this post? I've talked to a few guys that said they'll snap after anything serious. I'm wondering if I should go with a heavier duty OEM spindle.

UPDATE: I'm most likely going to go with the 4wd explorer front hardware instead of the unit pictured in this post.

i really like that frontend, at first i was a little skeptical of the way that lower uniball is setup but after reading around a bit, ill think you'll be fine. it seems like it would actually be able to handle more load with your setup, your turn radius is gonna suck though...
